Refund Policy

At Relentless Pursuit Nutrition's discretion, you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund upon Relentless Pursuit Nutrition approval.  

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds may be offered in the form of store credit minus shipping or additional fees at the discretion of Relentless Pursuit Nutrition Support. Please contact support to discuss opened perishable items.

Opened items may be returned based on conditions discussed with customer support and refunds are provided as store credit. Please contact customer support to discuss returns and refunds of opened items.

Upon refund approval, you should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Refunds will start once we get the original package back. Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your RPN Store account or will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

If you purchase a sale item, your refund will be only the sale price, not the original price.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Exchanges can only be done on unopened products.

Damaged Products (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the different item, or get a courtesy reship, send us an email at support@shoprpn.com or call 803-832-2532

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If item is free shipping, this will not be refunded as it is free shipping. This will be waived if your product is damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
